Applications & Usage
Brush or spray over all areas of machinery requiring purging
where coolant contact may occur. Val-U-Clean is very effective when circulated through coolant system.
- Interior machine cleaning: pump out old coolant, add one
gallon of Val-U-Clean to twenty gallons of fresh water and
circulate system for twenty minutes with coolant lines open.
Pump out dirty solution and flush system with clean
water before charging with fresh coolant. This procedure
will clean unattainable areas of the system, coolant lines and
nozzles. - Exterior machine cleaning: Dilute 20:1 with water.
- Spray on, wipe off
- Mop on, mop off
- Wipe on, wipe off
