CL Free Soluble Oil Forming Fluid

SOLUBLE OIL 200 CF is a chlorine and halogenated free forming fluid. This non-chlorinated soluble oil makes an extremely stable emulsion that is highly resistant to microbial attack.  Water quality is no issue with this product as SOLUBLE OIL 200 CF dilutes very well in either soft or hard water.  Regardless of your part geometry or metal being formed, SOLUBLE OIL 200 CF is a product to improve your process.

Application & Usage

SOLUBLE OIL 200 CF can be used to punch, draw, stamp,
extrude or form all alloys in all operations. As with all
products, testing should be conducted to assure desired
results are achieved before moving into full production.
The product can be applied in numerous ways. The
product can be run as concentrated as 1:1 or diluted out
to 20:1 based on the severity of the forming process.
Common application for this product is sprayed or
flooded; however, the product can be painted, dipped,
and or brushed.
