Soluble Oil Forming Fluid

SOLUBLE OIL 100 is an EP fortified soluble oil metal forming fluid that is used to form all types of alloys. The product forms a highly stable emulsion that is extremely resistant to biological attack. The soluble oil metal forming lubricants can be used in soft and hard water applications and leaves formed parts with a slight oil coating that helps to provide corrosion inhibition.

Applications & Usage

SOLUBLE OIL 100 can be used to punch, draw, stamp, extrude or form all alloys in all operations. As with all products, testing should be conducted to assure desired results are achieved before moving into full production.

The metal forming fluid can be applied in numerous ways. The product can be run as concentrated as 1:1 or diluted out to 20:1 based on the severity of the forming process. Common application for this product is sprayed or flooded; however, the product can be painted, dipped, and or brushed.
