ValCOOL Microsoluble Machining Fluids are water-based coolants that incorporate an emulsion - oil stabilized in water. The oil in these products can range from highly refined petroleum oil to polymerized vegetable feedstocks. ValCOOL Microsoluble and Semi-Synthetic Metalworking Fluids have excellent versatility and are capable of working in basically any machining process. The products vary in their oil content, additive composition, and corrosion inhibition package. Regardless of the product chosen machinists can be assured all ValCOOL Microsolubles inhibit foam, have outstanding sump life, and are very friendly to machinists' skin.

ValCOOL often recommends Microsoluble chemistries in most applications as these chemistries allow for significant lubrication and extreme heat dissipation. The Microsoluble name is used as the micelle in these chemistries is extremely small such than in many cases people often don't realize there is actually emulsified oil in the product. The stability of the micsolubility of the chemistry provides for significantly long sump life and tramp oil rejection properties that keep coolant running clean.
