VP 990P – Displaced Oil in a Severe Broaching Application
Challenge
A customer needed to eliminate oil in a severe proprietary broaching operation as the part could not be cleaned easily.
Deliverable
VP 990P was developed as a GEN III synthetic coolant. The lubricity was such that the product eliminated oil and actually improved the process. VP 990P has gone on to displace numerous European Gen III synthetics in the market.
