CNC Machine Cleaners & Degreasers
The purpose of CNC machine cleaners is to eliminate grease and grime, inhibit microbial growth, and lastly neutralize any free acids in the system. CNC machine cleaners and degreasers can broadly be broken down into a couple categories: standard wash and rinse cleaners and in-process cleaners.

About Our CNC Machining Cleaners
ValCOOL provides both products to the industry. Our Val-U-Clean machine cleaner has been an industry standard for decades and is commonly found in machining facilities across North America. The product does a great job removing oil and dirt.
More recently, ValCOOL introduced K-5-P an in-process CNC machine cleaner. Besides being an excellent remove of dirt and grime, this product has excellent free acid neutralization properties. Therefore, the product neutralizes acidic chemicals in your machine that are the common cause for premature life of coolant. This cleaner is used as an in-process machine cleaner to eliminate downtime.
