Questions About Our Cutting Oils For Metal Alloys?
Contact Our Sales Engineers.

Our Sales Engineers are widely regarded as the most competent and responsive in the business: they know the material, the workpiece, the tools and the fluids that you need to make it right. Together with our Field Application Engineers, they’re available with on-site assistance and technical support when you need it.

Applications & Usage

Val-Cut 2200 is compatible with most cutting oils so direct addition to current cutting fluids is often allowable. Compatibity studies are always prudent to run.

Val-Cut 2200 is a straight cutting oil so mixing with watershould not occur.

Maintaining the Val-Cut 2200 at its optimum performance isachieved through good fluid filtration practices.

No special precautions are necessary with respect to seals or valves.

* Fluid compatibility and machinability should always be tested first; as fluid concentration, metal alloy, and machining operation are variable.
