Economical Semi-Synthetic Metalworking Fluid for Machining & Grinding
ValCOOL's semi-synthetic metalworking fluids offer economical, high-performance coolant technology designed for versatile machining environments. Not every application calls for a coolant with every bell and whistle. VP-700-P provides reliable performance in a wide range of machining operations and can machine most alloys. It is an excellent choice for cast iron machining systems and other processes where shorter sump life is common or expected.

Applications & Usage
ValCOOL recommends using Val-U-Clean or K-5-P system cleaner before adding VP700P to a machine.
The recommended concentration for VP700P is 5–10% for optimal machining performance. However, results for any operation can only be determined through application testing and monitoring.
Maintaining the coolant at its optimum concentration is achieved through daily refractometer monitoring of the refractive index. No special precautions are necessary with respect to seals or valves.
